强立忠，男，汉族，甘肃白银人，1990年11月生，2020年6月毕业于兰州大学，获理学博士学位，同年9月进入西北师范大学数学与统计学院工作，现为西北师范大学副教授，硕士生导师，美国数学会《Mathematical Reviews》评论员。博士期间获得国家留学基金委建设高水平大学公派研究生项目资助，在加拿大纽芬兰纪念大学(Memorial University of Newfoundland)联合培养一年。目前主要从事微分方程和种群动力学方面的研究工作，主持国家自然科学基金项目、省自然科学基金项目和西北师范大学能力提升项目各一项，研究成果发表在《J. Differential Equations》、《J.Dynam. Differential Equations》、《European J. Appl. Math.》、《J. Math. Biol.》、《Discrete Contin. Dyn. Syst. Ser. B》等权威SCI期刊上。
