刘荣辉，男，汉族，甘肃天水人，1990年3月出生，中共党员，讲师，硕士研究生导师。2022年6月毕业于厦门大学，获得理学博士学位，师从伍火熊教授，同年7月入职西北师范大学数学与统计学院。研究方向为调和分析，现主要从事混合径角函数空间与粗糙核算子理论的研究，在《Proc. Amer. Math. Soc.》、《Forum Math.》、《Math. Nachr.》、《Acta Math. Sci. Ser.》等国内外期刊发表多篇SCI论文。自2021年4月起，担任美国数学会《Mathematical Reviews》评论员，评论号：156878。
