刘霞，女，汉族，1990年出生，甘肃华亭人，现为西北师范大学副教授，硕士生导师。2019年9月-2020年9月期间作为联合培养博士赴美国西弗吉尼亚大学交流访学。2020年7月毕业于北京理工大学，获得理学博士学位。2020年10月-2022年10月在西北工业大学做博士后研究工作。2022年12月入职西北师范大学数学与统计学院。
研究方向为图论及其应用，现主要从事哈密尔顿图、超欧拉图及其相关问题的研究，在《Journal of Graph Theory》、《Discrete Mathematics》、《Discrete Applied Mathematics》、《Graphs and Combinatorics》等国内外期刊发表SCI论文10余篇。
